  • A current resident can conduct the sale of their home. However, in order to be approved to stay in the community, you will need to fill out a new resident application form and be approved by the community. Contact our community manager for further details.

  • This Community is intended and operated for occupancy by persons 55 years of age and older and, as such, adheres to the requirements of the Housing for Older Persons Act of 1995. Consequently, at least 80 percent of the occupied units must be occupied by at least one person who is 55 years of age or older as of the date of occupancy. The minimum age for all residents in this community is 45 years old.

  • Yes, we love our pets! However, no more than two (2) generally accepted domestic pet which have been approved and registered by the community manager are allowed per household. Certain breeds that exhibit aggressive behavior are not permitted under any circumstances so please check with our community manager for approval.
